Our active initiative Mission Clean Doon seeks to better the streets of Dehradun, making it a greener city to live in. We organise clean up drives every weekend, where we either pick up the trash lying around and send the trash to be processed appropriately. We also conduct plantation drives as a part of this initiative, trying to spread awareness about the importance of maintaining greenery in the ongoing urbanisation of the city.

 

And, it is indeed true that every drop makes an ocean. The efforts of our tenacious volunteers have helped pick up almost 30000 kg of trash over a short span of one and a half years. It has also helped bring about awareness among the people of Dehradun, who are now conscious about the state of their neighbourhoods and communities, now more that ever.
